- All safari bookings require a deposit to confirm reservations. The balance must be paid before the safari departure.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their passport, visa, and travel documents are valid before travel.
- Any special requests, including dietary requirements and medical needs, should be communicated during booking.
2. Health & Safety Measures
- We comply with strict health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of our guests.
- All safari vehicles undergo regular maintenance, and our guides are first-aid trained.
- Guests are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuations, and trip cancellations.
